Pop singer Justin Bieber is receiving backlash for his new dreadlock look. He debuted the hairstyle in a photograph he posted on Instagram. Many people have pointed out that Bieber, who is white, is wearing dreadlocks and is appropriating the style from black people. Others jumped in to voice their opinion on Twitter saying that Bieber’s hairstyle was rooted in African culture, but he wasn’t being respectful to it. Fans also called out Ariana Grande for liking Justin’s photo on Instagram.
